We are excited to welcome Mina to our Coaching staff!

Mina has been playing volleyball for nearly 10 years, beginning with rec lessons and then continuing on to competitive club volleyball for five years. She spent four years playing for LJV, where she was on the 18-1s for the past two seasons. Mina is primarily a setter, but in her time at LJV she has had the opportunity to play every position except middle blocker. Additionally, she was a two-year starting setter on varsity for University City High School, where she was also captain of the Beach Volleyball Team in her junior and senior year. Mina also has several years of experience helping run summer camps and clinics at UC Elite Volleyball, where she worked with elementary and middle school-aged players.

Mina is currently a first-year Communication major at UCSB, but due to the pandemic, Mina is staying in San Diego for the time being. She is thrilled to be back in the gym and coaching at LJV!
