Alee has been playing volleyball for over a decade and coaching with La Jolla Volleyball Club for the past five years. Her passion for the game has taken her from the court as a player to the sidelines as a coach, where she’s enjoyed working with athletes at all levels. For the last two years, Alee has also been a JV and Varsity assistant coach at Mission Bay High School, gaining valuable experience working with high school programs.
Alee graduated from San Diego State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing graduate studies in International Policy and Data Analytics at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy. She’s always been interested in understanding how systems work and using data to solve problems, which keeps her busy when she’s not in the gym.
When Alee has free time, you’ll likely find her outdoors hiking or camping around San Diego, or curled up with a good book. She’s excited to continue contributing to the La Jolla Volleyball Club community and helping athletes grow their skills and love for the sport.
